Two years of product work for Gate 11 Distillery at the Chattanooga Choo Choo — Thomas Young dark rye shot on riveted black steel, Once agave spirit against barn red, Gate Eleven Gin in louvered morning light, and the Patois small-batch rum range through to its launch pours at Common House.

Shoot one, spring 2023: Thomas Young dark rye and Once agave spirit, shot around the distillery's home at the Chattanooga Choo Choo — riveted iron, barn wood, and whatever the morning was doing through the windows.

A year later the Patois small-batch rums arrived — white, overproof, and aged — introduced range-first in the studio, then poured for the launch crowd at Common House.
